TThe radios do not come with an internal satellite radio tuner. This means that in order to listen to satellite radio, you need to either use an external satellite tuner and plug into the AUX cables in the rear of the radio, or use the bluetooth streaming feature from a smartphone using the free Sirius/XM app , or you can also download the free Sirius/XM app on this android unit.

Could you please send us the photo of your car's dashboard?  And could you please tell us the model and year of your car?

Then we can help you to check if it can fit your car and check if the unit can support your original car’s back up camera.
